We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our site in Raanana.

Part-time job 80%.

Principle duties and responsibilities

• Maintain a professional presence in the office during core business hours. Welcome visitors, customers, and employees.
• Answer and monitor the main voice mailbox on a regular basis.
• Administration of the time-tracking system, collect sick certificates, provide reports, and ensure smooth and correct attendance tracking in the system.
• Arrange local activities, holiday celebrations, end-of-year events, integration days, Birthdays, Happy hours, etc.
• Plan and arrange volunteerism events.
• Reception of deliveries, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices.
• Distribution of incoming/Outgoing mail, faxes and carriers service.
• Light general office duties to include faxing and copying materials,
• Administration of kitchen and office equipment and other equipment as needed.
• Monitoring office and meeting room(s) for cleanliness.
• Schedule service and maintenance of office equipment (i.e., shredding bins, coffee, copier, fax machine, postage meter).
• Administration of Cibus meal cards (badges) and monthly reports.
• Administration of company cars, schedules for the garage/changes tires etc.
• Administration of the parking space for cars.
• Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies.
• Ensure health & safety enviroment.

Qualifications, Skills

• English (fluent in writing and speaking).
• Minimum 3 years of office reception, clerical, and facilities experience.
• Proven experience of management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.
• Professional handling of MS-Office, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools.
• Service-oriented and team spirit.
