Role overview

As our merchant-base, product portfolio, and global headcount continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Leader to oversee marketing and drive targeted account growth across the MENA region. This high-impact role will champion our regional ABM strategy, aligning closely with local commercial leadership to design, execute, and scale high-converting 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account-based programs. In addition to driving deep ABM strategy, this leader will oversee Field Marketing, Events, PR, and demand generation initiatives across key regional markets.

The incoming leader will manage a team of two as well as managing and optimising return on our MENA marketing budget. This budget will be directly managed in-market, and through coordination with the MENA GM and the Commercial Heads.

This person will dual-report to the MENA GM and Global CMO, working closely with the broader global Marketing team to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy focused on priority prospects, in-pipe opportunities and cross-sell / upsell of the back book. The person will be expected to build highly effective local and global working relationships and be a champion for marketing collaboration.
