We are looking for a driven, energetic, and communicative individual to join our Channel Team in Switzerland, with a specific focus on the Western Swiss market (Romandie). Your Impact

• Drive growth and transformation in the Swiss 2-Tier partner market with a strong focus on the Romandie region.
• Build strong, trust-based collaborations in Western Switzerland, inspiring them to achieve high-reaching goals together with Cisco.
• Understand your partners' business models and customer need to deliver strategic growth plans and complete them optimally.
• Work side-by-side with specialists to educate and enable partners on Cisco's latest solutions, helping them position Cisco ahead of competitors.
• Identify new market opportunities and trends and develop go-to-market strategies for sustainable, long-term growth.
• Challenge yourself and your partners to achieve more, faster, and better-while always keeping the customer at the center.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and hands-on-ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage with strategic accounts and demonstrate our key partner ecosystems to drive end-customer success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Motivation and willingness to learn, grow, and make a difference, whether you are an industry guide or a dedicated career changer.
• Fluency in French and English is required; German is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated experience in technology sales, partner/channel management.
• Ability to build credibility and relationships at multiple levels within Cisco and with external partners.
• A proactive and hands-on perspective, ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with channel/partner sales and business development within the Swiss market.
• Skills to develop and execute business plans aligning partner priorities with Cisco's strategy.
• Knowledge or interest in Cloud technologies, Services, Customer Success Management, Software & Subscription Sales, or Managed Services.
• Previous experience working with distributors or in the Romandie partner landscape is an advantage.
