As a Manager of Product Design at Cloudera, you will serve as a strategic architect of the user experience. You don’t just solve problems; you anticipate them, building the platform capabilities that cement Cloudera’s position at the forefront of the data industry. You will lead a high-performing, international team of designers to transform the Cloudera Data Platform into a seamless "edge-to-AI" ecosystem that sets the industry standard for usability in complex data environments.

We are seeking a force multiplier; a leader who understands that in a world of complex, commoditized data, superior design is the ultimate differentiator. You will move beyond traditional management to drive a culture of systemic innovation, ensuring our platform is highly functional and intuitive at scale.
