Job Description:

Cotality is seeking a Senior Executive Support Specialist to provide high-touch technical support for executives and VIP stakeholders at our Irving, TX office. This role combines executive support, advanced desktop troubleshooting, conference room technology management, and enterprise IT support.

Success in this role requires strong technical skills, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to deliver a seamless support experience in high-visibility environments. You'll serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders while helping maintain the technology that powers our office operations and collaboration spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove technical support to executives, VIP employees, and visiting stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and endpoint issues across Windows and macOS environments.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room technologies, ensuring meetings run without disruption.
• Respond quickly to walk-up requests, executive escalations, and high-priority support incidents.
• Manage and support endpoint technologies including device provisioning, security tools, and mobile device management platforms.
• Partner with IT teams on office technology initiatives, deployments, upgrades, and user experience improvements.
• Document solutions, share knowledge, and serve as an escalation resource for global support teams.

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support, executive support, help desk escalation, or endpoint support roles.
• Experience supporting executives, VIP stakeholders, or other high-visibility user groups.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, conferencing technologies, and modern endpoint devices.
• Ability to communicate professionally, remain calm under pressure, and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments using tools such as Intune, JAMF, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Neat, Crestron, or other enterprise AV solutions.
• Exposure to endpoint security and device management platforms such as CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Zscaler, or related tools.
• Experience supporting office technology, conference centers, or executive briefing environments.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, or ITIL.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Annual Pay Range:

67,000 - 90,002 USD
