Are you passionate about finding the right talent for each opening to ensure long term success of each placement?

Do you take pride in the quality of your work and strive to provide the best candidate and hiring manager experience through the recruiting process?

Cox Fleet, the largest and fastest growing independent mobile maintenance service provider in the US, is looking to add a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to the team. We have stared in 1997 with just a few locations and a couple dozen technicians, and now with over 1200 employees in 43 states, you will be an integral part of our explosive growth trajectory. Positions that you will be filling range from Mobile Diesel/Trailer Technicians to AP/AR Admins, to Call Center Representatives, to everything else in between. Each position is unique, but each is important, and must be filled!

You must bring a relentless drive to leave no stones unturned, continuously build vast networks of passive candidates and “hunt” for the best future employees of our company, all while maintaining highest levels of customer services. If the candidate is not a good fit for us now, we might have an opening for them in the future, or they might know someone who could be a fit.
