About the Role
We're looking for a General Client Manager to lead and develop strategic client relationships in Brazil. You'll work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional dunnhumby teams to translate customer and commercial challenges into actionable solutions that create measurable value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing commercial leadership, relationship management and data-driven decision making.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll act as a trusted partner to clients, helping them maximise the value of dunnhumby's solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term collaboration.
- Lead day-to-day relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop account plans that align client priorities with dunnhumby capabilities.
- Identify growth opportunities and support commercial discussions.
- Partner with analytics, consulting and media teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior client audiences.
