About the Role

Fanatics Collectibles is building trusted digital experiences where collectors can discover, engage, buy, and sell across Fanatics Live and Fanatics Collect Marketplace. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Trust & Safety technology and product capabilities that help protect customers, sellers, creators, and the integrity of our platforms.

In this role, you will define product strategy and roadmap for Trust & Safety technology spanning Live and Marketplace. You will translate customer, business, operational, and risk needs into scalable product solutions and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and optimization.

You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Payments, Financial Operations, and product teams across Live and Marketplace. Your work will balance creating low-friction experiences for trusted users with building the technology needed to prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise high-risk activity.

As part of Fanatics Collectibles’ continued global growth, we are establishing a new technology hub in Mexico City focused on operational excellence, platform scalability, trust, and customer experience. This team will build scalable systems and operational tooling that support millions of users and transactions globally.

What You’ll Do

• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Trust & Safety technology across Fanatics Live and Fanatics Collect Marketplace, including shared platform capabilities, customer-facing experiences, and internal operational tooling.
• Partner with product teams across Live and Marketplace to identify where Trust & Safety capabilities should be embedded into customer, seller, creator, and transaction experiences.
• Partner closely with Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, CX, Payments, engineering, data, and operations teams to identify emerging risks and translate them into scalable product and technology solutions.
• Develop capabilities that help prevent, detect, investigate, and resolve harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise high-risk activity while minimizing unnecessary friction for trusted users.
• Build shared Trust & Safety capabilities that can support multiple product experiences while accounting for the distinct needs of livestream commerce and marketplace transactions.
• Lead development of internal tools and workflows that enable Trust & Safety and operational teams to review activity, investigate cases, manage queues and customer exceptions, and take appropriate action efficiently.
• Identify product opportunities through customer research, behavioral data, risk signals, operational insights, incident trends, and partnership with internal teams.
• Translate complex Trust & Safety and operational workflows into clear product requirements, prioritized user stories, and intuitive customer and internal experiences.
• Partner closely with engineering and design throughout discovery, development, launch, and iteration, including defining requirements for platform capabilities, integrations, and operational tooling.
• Define success measures and use data to evaluate customer trust, platform integrity, operational efficiency, user friction, and the effectiveness of Trust & Safety interventions.
• Balance customer and creator experience, commercial priorities, risk mitigation, operational requirements, and technical constraints when making product and roadmap decisions.
• Anticipate dependencies across identity, account integrity, payments, transactions, seller and creator experiences, fraud prevention, customer support, data, and other platform capabilities.
• Develop launch plans, align stakeholders, assess operational and risk readiness, and communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, and results to senior leaders.
• Monitor platform performance and emerging patterns after launch and establish a disciplined approach to experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
• Contribute to a broader Trust & Safety technology strategy that enables Fanatics Collectibles to scale trusted customer and commerce experiences globally.

What We’re Looking For

• Five or more years of product management experience building and scaling customer-facing, platform, or operational technology products.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex products or platforms from strategy and discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technically complex products, platforms, or internal tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using customer insights, product data, operational metrics, and risk signals to guide decisions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer, business, operational, and risk problems into clear product priorities and executable plans.
• Strong understanding of digital platform or commerce dynamics and the relationship between customer experience, trust, risk, and business performance.
• Ability to think systematically about product abuse and unintended behaviors, including how bad actors may exploit product features, interactions, or workflows.
• Experience influencing across multiple product and functional teams and aligning stakeholders with different objectives.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex product and risk tradeoffs to senior leaders.
• Strong product judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, risk, identity, account integrity, payments, or platform integrity products.
• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, livestreaming, social/community products, fintech, auctions, or other transaction-oriented platforms.
• Familiarity with Trust & Safety technology patterns such as detection and decisioning systems, user reporting, case management, review queues, enforcement workflows, appeals, and risk signals.
• Experience developing tools that help Trust & Safety, fraud, CX, or operations teams investigate and resolve cases at scale.
• Experience working with data science, machine learning, rules-based systems, or other automated approaches to identifying and mitigating risky behavior.
• Experience with real-time or time-sensitive product experiences, particularly livestreaming, bidding, payments, chat, notifications, or live events.
• Experience defining metrics that balance risk reduction and operational effectiveness with customer experience and product growth.
• Interest in trading cards, collectibles, livestream commerce, marketplaces, or collector communities.
