Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Human Resources Generalist located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

 

Reporting to the Site HRBP Director, the HR Generalist role will be responsible for implementing HR programs and training and advising employees, supervisors and managers on policies and procedures.

 

What a typical day looks like:

• Provides training and guidance to site employees, supervisors and managers on programs, systems and interpretation and application of HR policies and procures
• Manages Employee Relations issues/investigations and assists with workplace concerns or risks for night shift workforce
• Impacts business initiatives and decision making by highlighting trends and opportunities for improvements through data analysis and presentation of data analytics 
• Establishes and develops relationships at all levels of the organization by interacting with workforce on a consistent basis
• Attends regularly scheduled meetings to collaborate with HR Team to deliver on HR strategies and actions to support the growth and profitability of the site

 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

 

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function..
• 3- 5 years of Human Resources Generalist or related experience.
• Employee Relations experience required.
• Must be available to work second shift.
• Demonstrated advanced experience and skills associated with performing HR functions.
• Ability to provide on-site support.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Excel & PowerPoint experience; Intermediate level required - advanced proficiency a plus.
• Workday experience helpful.
