GE HealthCare 조영제 사업부에서 Product Manager (차장급)를 채용합니다. 해당 포지션은 조영제 사업부의 제품 포트폴리오를 담당하며, 마케팅 전략 수립, 사업 성장, 제품 포지셔닝 및 고객 Engagement를 주도하는 역할을 수행합니다. 또한 시장 성장 기회 발굴, 제품 출시 전략 수립 및 실행, KOL 협업을 통해 진단 분야에서 GE HealthCare의 비즈니스 성과와 브랜드 리더십 강화에 기여하게 됩니다. 전문의약품, 진단의약품, 영상진단, 의료기기 등 진단 및 헬스케어 분야에서 Sales, Marketing 또는 Product Management 경험을 보유한 후보자를 선호하며 특히 Cardiology 또는 Cardiac Imaging 관련 시장 및 제품 경험을 보유한 후보자를 우대합니다.

The Product Manager is responsible for driving marketing strategy, commercial execution, product positioning, and portfolio growth within the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and key customers to identify growth opportunities, execute marketing initiatives, and strengthen GE HealthCare's leadership in the diagnostic imaging market.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with local business priorities and global brand strategy

• Lead commercial and marketing activities, identifying opportunities for growth and market share expansion

• Accountable for achieving business objectives including sales performance, forecasting accuracy, pricing strategy, profitability, and budget management

• Develop and implement effective launch plans, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement programs

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and global marketing teams to drive business success

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and professional societies

• Conduct market analysis and customer insight generation to support strategic decision-making and portfolio development

• Provide product training and marketing support to commercial teams to ensure excellence in execution

• Drive brand awareness and strengthen the market presence of GE HealthCare's portfolio

• Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or other commercial functions within the healthcare industry

• Experience in ethical pharmaceuticals, diagnostic pharmaceuticals, diagnostic imaging, contrast media, medical devices, or related healthcare markets preferred

• Experience in Cardiology, Cardiac Imaging, Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac MR, or other cardiovascular-related healthcare markets is highly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and product launch plans

• Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, pricing strategy, budget management, and project management

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and external stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and World
