What You'll Do

As a Insides Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.

• Partner closely with the Sales team to support the achievement of business and sales objectives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient sales execution.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other customer-related documentation.
• Process customer purchase orders and maintain accurate order records.
• Monitor order status, coordinate delivery schedules, and support order fulfilment activities.
• Assist with payment follow-up, credit release coordination, and order-related issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive and service-oriented support.

• Secondary education or above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general business systems.
