Kako Jabil nastavlja rasti u Osijeku, tražimo HR Generalista koji će pružati podršku zaposlenicima i voditeljima u različitim područjima ljudskih resursa u dinamičnom proizvodnom okruženju.

Opis pozicije

HR Generalist pruža svakodnevnu podršku zaposlenicima i voditeljima te aktivno sudjeluje u različitim HR procesima, uključujući odnose sa zaposlenicima, zapošljavanje i uvođenje novih zaposlenika, HR administraciju, razvoj zaposlenika, benefite i izvještavanje.

U ovoj ulozi doprinosit ćete pozitivnom iskustvu zaposlenika te osiguravati da su HR procesi usklađeni s internim pravilima kompanije i lokalnim zakonodavstvom.

Ključne odgovornosti

• Pružanje svakodnevne HR podrške zaposlenicima i voditeljima.
• Savjetovanje zaposlenika i voditelja o pitanjima radnih odnosa, internih politika i radnog zakonodavstva.
• Sudjelovanje u procesima zapošljavanja, onboardinga i drugim aktivnostima tijekom cijelog životnog ciklusa zaposlenika.
• Koordinacija aktivnosti vezanih uz benefite, edukacije i razvoj zaposlenika.
• Vođenje i ažuriranje podataka o zaposlenicima u HR sustavima.
• Priprema HR izvještaja te sudjelovanje u HR projektima i inicijativama.
• Suradnja s timovima za obračun plaća (Payroll), Talent Acquisition timom i ostalim odjelima.
• Sudjelovanje u kontinuiranom unapređenju HR procesa i iskustva zaposlenika.

Kvalifikacije

• VSS iz područja ljudskih resursa, ekonomije, psihologije, prava ili srodnog područja.
• 2 do 4 godine iskustva u ljudskim resursima, poželjno na poziciji HR Generalista ili sličnoj ulozi.
• Dobro poznavanje HR praksi i hrvatskog radnog zakonodavstva.
• Izražene komunikacijske, interpersonalne i organizacijske vještine.
• Sposobnost samostalnog rada, određivanja prioriteta i odgovornog postupanja s povjerljivim informacijama.
• Dobro poznavanje Microsoft Office alata i iskustvo rada s HR sustavima.
• Aktivno znanje hrvatskog i engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu.

As Jabil continues to grow in Osijek, we are looking for an Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and managers across a broad range of HR activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Summary

The HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and provides practical HR support to employees and managers. The role covers employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR administration, employee development, benefits, and HR reporting, while helping to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and local legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Support employee relations and workplace matters in line with company policies and local labour legislation.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support employee benefits, training, and development activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to ensure effective HR support.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, ideally within a generalist or similar operational HR role.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and local employment legislation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise activities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working with HR systems.
• Fluent Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
