Our teams are made up of a fusion of personalities and interests bound together by a collaborative nature, fun-loving culture, and a drive to do what it takes to make great games. And this is where you come in…

As a Senior Publishing Product Manager, you will work across a broad range of projects, supporting the full product lifecycle from early opportunity discovery through development and launch.

For internal projects, you will support the new product discovery process through market trends and research, identifying comparable titles for both product and marketing purposes, and assessing market-product fit to help teams make informed product decisions.

For external projects, you will provide data, market research, and competitive insights to help the Principal Publishing Product Manager and the team to identify and evaluate new opportunities. This includes creating reports on the business potential and marketability of each product, supporting the creation of financial and revenue forecasts, and contributing to the execution of product, publishing, and marketing strategy.

Working closely with the Principal Product Manager, you will help shape the strategic direction of projects, from opportunity assessment and product positioning through go-to-market planning. You will work cross-functionally to align teams around priorities, strategy, and key objectives.

Importantly, this role is not limited to assessing opportunities and developing strategy. You will also work directly with the team to execute against the strategy and see projects through the full development and launch cycle, using market insights and performance data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes along the way.

The role ultimately sits at the intersection of market intelligence, product strategy, commercial assessment, marketing, and execution, with the goal of identifying the right opportunities and turning them into successful products for both players and the business.
