About the role

As an Account Manager at LexisNexis, you will manage and develop a portfolio of customers across international markets, working across multiple LexisNexis products and solutions.

Your main focus will be on account management, customer retention, account growth and win-back opportunities. You will develop existing accounts and reconnect with former customers who have cancelled their services.

This is primarily a farming and account management role, rather than a pure new-business development position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of international customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Drive renewals, retention, upselling and cross-selling.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant LexisNexis products and solutions.
• Re-engage former customers through win-back activities.
• Present and demonstrate LexisNexis solutions when required.
• Manage commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and business growth.
  
  

The portfolio will cover multiple markets rather than one specific geographical territory, depending on business needs and language
capabilities.

Required Profile

• Previous experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, Customer Success or another client-facing commercial role.
• Strong customer and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
• Fluent French and English.
• A third language is a strong advantage, particularly Dutch, as well as German, Spanish, Italian or a Scandinavian language.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: France - COMMERCIAUX PARIS €42,100 - €70,300. Total Target Cash Range: €64,800 - €108,100.



Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.

This role is covered by the Convention Collective Nationale de l'Edition, IDCC 2121.
