Your role
As part of the Global Key Account Team for Valeo, you will play a critical role in driving one of NXP’s strategic relationships.
Working closely with the GKAM, you translate account strategy into results — owning operational excellence, accelerating business opportunities and ensuring flawless execution across a complex, multi-division customer landscape. This is a high-impact, high-intensity role where success depends on your ability to move fast, take ownership and create new paths to win.

Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in automotive semiconductor sales or account management
- Proven ability to manage complex Tier 1 customer structures and long design cycles
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiations and contract handling
- Solid technical understanding of automotive electronics & automotive architecture
- Experience working with automotive semiconductor solutions such as microcontrollers, power management, radar or application processors would be a plus
- Ability to drive and align cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Confident engagement with purchasing, engineering and program stakeholders
