You’ll have complete ownership of the journey - from that very first hello right through to a signed deal and beyond- with the trust and freedom to run your own patch, grow your portfolio, and make a massive impact. What you'll do

• Roll up your sleeves to seek out and win new business opportunities, keep a healthy sales pipeline moving, and smash monthly and annual targets across new connections (ICPs) and electricity volume.

• Get to know each business's energy world inside out, build clear solutions that make complete commercial sense, and turn early interest into long-term partnerships through great, transparent conversations.

• Forge genuine, long-term partnerships with customers and industry partners from day one, delivering an outrageously good sales and onboarding experience that keeps them growing with us.

• Take full ownership of your pipeline and records in Kraken to keep things running like clockwork, team up with internal squads for smooth onboarding, and stay super curious as our green products, smart tariffs, and the energy market evolve.

What you'll need

• You don’t wait around for the phone to ring. You love reaching out, sparking fresh relationships, and creating your own momentum from day one.

• You enjoy having goals to chase, hold yourself accountable for your results, and know that steady, focused effort creates success.

• You listen closely to what a business actually needs, explain our value and pricing without the fluff, handle questions with ease, and back yourself to ask for the deal.

• You’re warm, credible, and down to earth, just as comfortable having a friendly chat with an independent business owner as you are presenting to senior commercial leaders.

• You stay on top of your day, always deliver on what you promise, and keep your pipeline and records tidy and up to date.
