Title: Senior Client Solutions Partner

Experience: 10+ years in sales, presales, or solution consulting in CCaaS, CX, or related domains

Type: Full Time Employment 

Location: US Remote - East Coast is preferred

Travel: 50% travel to client sites across the US

Bachelors degree is required, Masters/MBA is preferred

Role Overview

As part of the core Sales and GTM team at Quantiphi, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and broader Customer Experience (CX) transformation programs.

This role goes beyond traditional CCaaS solutioning and requires the ability to reimagine end-to-end customer journeys by leveraging Agentic AI, conversational AI, agent augmentation, and advanced analytics platforms.

You will work closely with customers to define and execute their CX transformation roadmap using cutting edge AI platforms and leading CCaaS solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for CCaaS and CX transformation opportunities in a B2B environment
• Partner with customers to define CX transformation strategies, including automation, personalization, and AI-led augmentation across the customer lifecycle
• Lead consultative selling engagements focused on business outcomes such as cost optimization, CSAT improvement, revenue uplift, and agent productivity
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical and business presentations, articulating the value of AI-driven CX transformation
• Engage in end-to-end pre-sales and solutioning, spanning:
  • Discovery and problem definition
  • Journey mapping and experience redesign
  • Solution architecture and roadmap development
• Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and prototype:
  • Virtual agents and conversational AI
  • Agent assist and real-time guidance
  • Contact center analytics and insights
  • Integrations across CCaaS and enterprise systems
• Identify and qualify opportunities by understanding customer pain points across contact center and broader CX ecosystems
• Drive CX transformation use cases, including:
  • Intelligent self-service and containment
  • Agent augmentation and productivity
  • Omnichannel orchestration
  • Voice and conversation intelligence
  • Customer journey analytics and insights
• Leverage expertise in leading CCaaS platforms such as Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect etc to design scalable and future-ready architectures
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Science, and Engineering teams to:
  • Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
  • Develop differentiated points of view and offerings
  • Build reusable accelerators and GTM assets
• Recommend enterprise architectures, integration strategies, and platform ecosystems on Google Cloud and other hyperscalers
• Stay updated on industry trends, including GenAI, conversational AI, and evolving CX platforms
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events as required

Skills & Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in sales, presales, or solution consulting in CCaaS, CX, or related domains
• Proven experience selling large-scale CX transformation programs, not just platform deals
• Strong understanding of contact center operations, including:
  • IVR / IVA
  • ACD and routing strategies
  • Omnichannel engagement
  • Workforce management and reporting
• Experience with modern CX and AI platforms, including:
  • Google GECX (CXAS, Playbook, Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, CX insights)
  • Agent assist and real-time guidance tools (e.g., Cresta)
  • Conversational and generative AI platforms (e.g., Sierra AI)
• Strong exposure to cloud ecosystems (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure a plus)
• Ability to connect technology to business outcomes, with a strong value-selling mindset
• Experience with:
  • Sales forecasting and GTM strategy
  • Complex deal structuring and stakeholder management
  • Channel and partner ecosystems
• Strong understanding of:
  • API integrations and microservices architectures
  • Data platforms and analytics in CX contexts
• Demonstrated ability to:
  • Identify and resolve technical objections
  • Influence both technical and business stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage market insights and customer data
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
