Job Description

Sony Electronics Singapore is seeking a commercially minded E-Commerce Executive to drive sales and profitability across our four online channels: Sony Store Online (SSO), Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

The role owns channel performance, platform content and marketing, and campaign pricing execution, working closely with Product Managers, Operations and the Customer Marketing (CMK) team.

As platform costs continue to rise, the role is expected to grow revenue profitably, making informed trade-offs on where to invest, what to promote and how each channel contributes to Sony's direct-to-consumer strategy.

What you will be doing

Sales & Channel Profitability

• Own sales targets for SSO, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, tracking performance against monthly and campaign targets
• Monitor channel P&L, including platform commission, fees, vouchers co-funding, logistics and ad spend, to manage cost to serve per channel
• Recommend where to grow, hold or pull back by channel, category and SKU, based on profitability and Sony's direct-first channel strategy
• Analyse why performance moved (traffic, conversion, pricing, assortment, competition) and propose corrective actions, not just report results
• Prepare channel performance reports and post-campaign reviews for department and management meetings

Marketing & Content

Across all channels

• Work with Operations team to manage product listings, content and storefronts across all four platforms, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency and compliance with approved product claims
• Work with Digital Marketing to drive qualified traffic to SSO and marketplace stores, aligning paid media with channel priorities

Brand Store (SSO)

• Plan and execute customer-centric campaigns that focus on engagement, not just conversion: driving web traffic, clicks and longer browsing time
• Run seasonal campaigns and gamification activities that give customers reasons to visit, interact and return
• Drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchase on SSO with the CMK team, using CRM, loyalty and member-exclusive mechanics
• Track engagement metrics (sessions, CTR, time on site, active customers, etc) alongside sales to measure what each campaign delivers

Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

• Plan and execute platform marketing calendars around key mega sales (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), product launches and Sony campaigns
• Manage on-platform marketing tools: vouchers, flash deals, bundles, sponsored ads and livestream or affiliate activity (TikTok Shop)
• Manage marketplace partner relationships (KAMs) to secure campaign slots, visibility and commercial support
• Partner with the CMK team to grow product registration from marketplace buyers, bringing them into My Sony Rewards

Campaign Pricing & Operations

• Liaise with Product Managers to align campaign prices across platforms and campaign periods, protecting price consistency and channel harmony
• Flag pricing conflicts, margin risks and overlapping promotions before campaigns go live
• Consolidate pricing, promotion and listing details into clear, accurate briefs for the Operations team to execute and upload on time
• Validate live prices, promotions and listings after upload, and resolve discrepancies quickly

• Achievement of sales targets by channel
• Channel profitability and cost-to-serve within agreed thresholds
• SSO new and returning customer sales growth
• Product registration volume from marketplace purchases
• Pricing and listing accuracy; on-time campaign execution
• Quality of performance insights and recommendations

What you should have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience, managing brand stores on Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop
• Experience with a brand-owned web store (e.g. Shopify) is a strong advantage
• Track record of growing marketplace sales while managing margin, platform fees and promotional costs
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required, Power BI or similar is a plus
• Consumer electronics, retail, FMCG or other brand-led DTC environments preferred

• Working knowledge of e-commerce metrics (traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and how they drive revenue

• Familiarity with DTC, CRM and loyalty levers that bring marketplace buyers into a direct relationship with Sony
