Join our colleagues in bringing our Mission to life every single day to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.

DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will drive growth and adoption of our molecular diagnostics portfolio supporting transplant and clinical diagnostic applications. You will create new market opportunities by identifying untapped segments, defining expansion strategies, and building evidence-based adoption frameworks that scale across regions. You'll develop compelling market narratives and launch campaigns that translate complex scientific and clinical value into actionable demand generation programs.

Working cross-functionally, you'll partner with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR/MAVE, and regional teams to determine evidence requirements, create clinical education strategies, and develop region-ready activation playbooks. You'll craft persuasive content across channels - digital, video, email, and sales enablement—while ensuring compliance in non-promotional clinical education.
