Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Staff Scientist to serve as both a scientific leader and technical expert within our MicroArray Research & Development team.

In this role, you will help shape the long-term evolution of our MicroArray technologies by defining scientific strategies, guiding technical decisions, and translating scientific insight into innovative products. This is an opportunity to influence the future of MicroArray technologies by leading the development of new products, advancing existing technologies, and solving complex scientific challenges that directly impact customers around the world.

You will have the autonomy to define scientific strategies, design innovative experiments, and take ownership of key scientific and technical decisions across multidisciplinary projects. Your work will influence the direction of technology development from concept through implementation.

Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Operations, Product Management, and Global R&D teams, you will help transform scientific discoveries into robust, scalable products.

Beyond your technical expertise, you will play an important role in mentoring colleagues, promoting scientific excellence, and strengthening the technical capabilities of the broader organization.

If you are passionate about applying molecular biology, biochemistry, and scientific thinking to solve meaningful problems — and enjoy seeing your ideas become real products — this is the opportunity for you.
