About the role

ZURU is scaling TikTok Shop across ZURU Toys and ZURU Edge. As our Affiliate Intern, you'll support the creator program behind both, working directly with creators to drive sales through TikTok Shop.

This is a hands-on, in-house role at the heart of our TikTok Shop affiliate program. You'll collaborate every day with our creator , brand, content and paid media teams, and work directly with TikTok's partner managers.

What you'll do

• Affiliate program support: Help run the affiliate program across ZURU Toys and ZURU Edge through the full lifecycle: outreach, sampling, activation, retention and re-engagement.

• Creator outreach: Use TikT ok Shop Affiliate Center and our in-house tools to find, vet and reach out to creators, and help onboard new affiliates. Keep the creator pipeline and outreach trackers up to date.

• Samples and logistics: Process sample requests and track shipments with our fulfillment team, so the right creators get product on time.

• Creator relationships: Be a friendly , responsive point of contact for creators. Help run our twice-weekly creator calls (top-content review , F AQs, video feedback), email updates and creator group chats.

• Incentives: Coordinate creator incentives and rewards: track who qualifies, keep records accurate and make sure payouts and rewards go out on time.

• Creative briefs: Help prepare and send product briefs, and update them weekly with top-performing hooks and trending formats.

• Content review: Watch incoming creator videos, flag the best ones to the team for Spark Ads and repurposing, and keep a library of top content.

• Affiliate performance tracking: Pull weekly performance data. Track who's meeting their sample commitments and who isn't, flag top performers, and help follow up with creators who need a nudge.

• Campaigns and launches: Help line up affiliates for new product launches, TikTok campaigns and Q4 peaks like F all Deals, BFCM and Holiday Haul. Support pre-seeding, getting product, PR packages and merch to our top creators 7–10 days before go-live.

• Reporting: Help prepare weekly reports on impressions, content volume, creators activated and affiliate GMV.

What you bring

• An entry-level opportunity – current students, recent graduates and those with up to around one year of experience are all encouraged to apply .

• Genuinely fluent in TikTok – you live on the platform and have a feel for what makes a video convert and which creators are on the rise.

• Creator or affiliate experience is not required, but any experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing or running your own content is a strong plus.

• Comfortable with numbers – confident in a spreadsheet, and happy tracking GMV, sample requests and simple metrics like sample-to-post rate.

• Able to juggle – you can keep track of lots of creators, samples and tasks across several brands at once.

• Confident dealing with creators – clear , warm and persistent in outreach and follow-ups, and comfortable asking the awkward question when a creator hasn't posted.

• Quick to learn – TikTok Shop changes constantly , and you pick up new features, tools and ways of working fast.

• Proactive by nature – you look for ways to improve your own work and the process around it, rather than waiting to be told.

• A strong sense of ownership – you own your tasks and follow them through end to end.

• Strong written and verbal communication – you write friendly , clear messages that get replies, and can sum up what the numbers show in a couple of sentences.

• A can-do attitude and a low-friction style of working – comfortable collaborating with people and creators of every background and personality .

• Studying towards or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
