hire.run is a map-based job search site for tech roles. Instead of scrolling an endless list, you see companies pinned where their offices actually are — tap a pin, see the live openings, and apply directly on the company's own careers site.

As of 18 October 2026: 187,351 open roles at 1,864 companies across 446 cities in 43 countries.

Where the jobs come from

Listings are read directly from each company's official careers system — the applicant-tracking systems they publish on (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and Workday) — once a day. We never rewrite listings, we never copy other job boards, and we never sit between you and the employer: every application happens on the company's own site, and no account is needed to browse or apply. When a position closes at the source, it leaves the map on the next refresh.

Coverage

446 cities across 43 countries today — the United States, India, Canada, the United Kingdom and Western Europe most deeply — and expanding city by city. If a company you expect to see is missing, it usually means their careers portal isn't on a system we ingest yet.
