About the Role
Join a sales team at a B2B construction technology company and own a European territory. You will guide mid-market customers in traditional industries through the full sales cycle, helping them move beyond paper-based and spreadsheet-driven processes.
What You'll Do
Build and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, direct prospecting, trade shows, fairs, and industry meetups.
Own sales cycles from first contact through C-level negotiations and close.
Win mid-market accounts with 100 to 2,000 employees, typically closing deals worth €25,000 to €40,000.
Grow and retain customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Work with BDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to accelerate pipeline.
What We're Looking For
At least 7 years of professional experience, including 2 or more years as an Account Executive in complex B2B SaaS.
A record of closing mid-market deals, including deals in the €15,000 to €20,000 range, and strong performance against quota.
Experience independently building pipeline through cold outreach and selling into traditional European industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, or trade.
Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
Experience with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology, and with post-sale account growth.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong academic background.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €120,000 to €160,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable), with uncapped upside. Visa sponsorship is not available. Career progression opportunities include senior, enterprise, or leadership roles.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with travel for client meetings and industry events.
